Learn more about UFA’s goal of reflecting the diversity of real society in its own programs: You can find the latest figures from the On Screen – Diversity Study here as well as all the facts about the voluntary commitment that UFA entered into in 2020 as the first production house.
Here you will also find information on the new #Perspectivematters series, which aims to help increase the visibility of people with disabilities on TV and streaming. Incidentally, the UFA internal Diversity Circle drives forward all activities relating to diversity in a focused manner.
More than 20 trained UFA Green Consultants are working on making more and more of the creative house’s productions sustainably “green”. In addition, UFA employees have been involved in the UFA Green Team since 2014 and actively promote the topics of sustainable television production and green office design at UFA.
UFA is one of the initiators of the establishment of ecological standards in TV production. Four UFA productions now bear the “Green Motion” label, including IRGENDWAS MIT MEDIEN and UNTER UNS.
The basis of cooperation in the productions themselves as well as in the administration of the company is mutual respect and non-discriminatory interaction with each other and across all hierarchies without exception. Here you can find more information about UFA’s anti-discrimination process. UFA is also a signatory of the alliance “Together against Sexism“, which is funded by the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth (BMFSFJ) and implemented by EAF Berlin together with it.
