The UFA Diversity Circle welcomes a new mentor: Marit Krücken, Project Manager Production Workflows, will be in charge of the gender area in the future.
Marit has been with UFA since 2012 and currently works as Project Manager Production Workflows in the UFA team in Cologne-Ossendorf. Her experience ranges from the production office to various post-productions and final technical control, where she was active until 2022.
“Due to my career at UFA as a woman in mainly technical and male-dominated teams, the area of gender is particularly close to my heart. Equal rights and equal treatment are still issues for us too, so I want to work hard to ensure that UFA can be and remain an attractive employer for ‘all genders’ both internally and externally. I am looking forward to actively working with my great colleagues from the other areas of the Diversity Circle and to promoting UFA even more as a diverse company for current and future employees.”
The UFA Diversity Circle was set up by employees in October 2020 to promote diversity, equity and inclusion at UFA. It bundles, coordinates and discusses the various prioritization of topics in close consultation with the management and sets agendas. The UFA-internal Diversity Circle consists of mentors for the five focus topics PoC (People of Color), queer, people with disabilities, age and gender.
Welcome to the Diversity Circle, dear Marit, we are delighted!
