Film Synopsis: The young detective Nadirah Abaza (Sabrina Amali) celebrates her first big success: together with her team, she manages to arrest the drug boss Ali Sakka (Kida Khodr Ramadan). But shortly afterwards her mentor, senior public prosecutor Frank Leuw (Dani Levy), is murdered. Together with her colleague Erik Stoibel (Nikolaus Sternfeld), she faces a tricky test – and the question of which of Leuw’s opponents is behind the crime. An initial lead leads to Sakka’s entourage, who had openly announced his intention to retaliate when he was arrested. When evidence disappears and parallels to an unsolved murder case emerge, Nadirah increasingly relies on the help of Rabbi Samuel Rivkin (Garry Fischmann), a close friend of the victim. His analytical acuity proves to be a valuable addition to Nadirah’s criminalistic flair. But the investigation soon pushes both of them to their limits – and into mortal danger.
