The second season of Wenn Sie lachen ist es Oschmann was broadcast in 2004.
In six new episodes, Ingo Oschmann once again presented stand-up comedy at its best.
New studio decorations and the cocktail bar (“Oschi – Bar”) were now an integral part of every show. At the bar, the man from Bielefeld and two bartenders not only mixed cocktails, but also presented little magic tricks. The rest remained the same. Oschmann began his program in a very minimalist way. Once again, he had his small studio and a stage made of wooden pallets. Plus a few spotlights and his stand-up with typical bizarre, colorful and “true” stories from his life. The hopefully enthusiastic audience decided by telephone in each show which curious wishes Ingo would get fulfilled the next time.
Ingo Oschmann: “I see myself as a comedy underdog and that’s exactly how I start the show. At the beginning there is only an empty stage, the audience have to bring their own chairs. If people laugh and the ratings are right, I get one wish fulfilled per show: A piece of scenery, a studio guest, etc. All in all, it’s a very honest and pure concept.”
