In “The Quiz with Jörg Pilawa”, pairs of candidates played together for the big money. Anyone who was in love, engaged, married or in any other kind of relationship with Jörg Pilawa could take part: Like a father with his son, a grandmother with her granddaughter or a secretary with her boss.

The likeable quizmaster posed his questions four times a week, Tuesdays to Fridays on Ersten. Each pair had the chance to win up to €300,000 together. The question was: Who knew better? Who kept their nerve? The partners, who were interviewed in turn, were able to help each other on the way to the big money.

But to win 300,000 euros, they had to answer twelve tricky questions correctly together. The candidates could choose from four possible answers. But what happened if one partner failed or was outvoted by the other?

“The Quiz with Jörg Pilawa” promised viewers pure excitement in every respect and lots of fun as they cheered and guessed along.
