In a total of eleven episodes, twelve candidates had to fulfill tasks based on the form and tactics of everyday business life. For example, buying objects and making the highest possible profits when reselling them, developing an advertising campaign or organizing an event where they earned money. In doing so, they demonstrated teamwork, creativity, entrepreneurial knowledge and business acumen. Each week, one candidate had to leave if they were unable to meet the moderators’ requirements.

The winner was given the opportunity to receive seed capital for a business start-up worth 250,000 euros or a high-paying job in the industry.
