Klaus Roth(Tom Schilling) is infiltrated into the Serbian betting mafia as an undercover investigator. His superior Frank Dudek (Jens Albinius) – chief inspector and head of the undercover investigation – wants to finally get close to the mastermind, Aco Goric (Lazar Ristovsci). It’s not just about large-scale betting, fraud and capital crimes, but also blackmail, coercion, grievous bodily harm and contract killings. In short: organized crime.

Klaus quickly gains the trust and friendship of Luka Moravac(Edin Hasanovic), Aco Goric’s youngest nephew. Luka even makes Klaus the godfather of his newborn son, and so Klaus is finally accepted into Aco Goric’s family. Everything seems to be going well. But when there is unexpected trouble with a Turkish clan, the situation escalates.
Will Klaus succeed in proving the mafia boss Aco Goric guilty? His friendship with Luka, who means far more to him than he would like to admit, stands in the way. Without realizing it, Klaus is in grave danger.
