Florian David Fitz (German Film Award for "Vincent will Meer") not only takes on a leading role, but also directs his own screenplay based on the novel "Jesus liebt mich" by David Safier.
Fitz’s partner in front of the camera in this romantic comedy is the celebrated Jessica Schwarz (“Das Lied in mir”, “Romy”). The two are supported by a top-class cast that is rarely seen together in front of the camera: Henry Hübchen, Hannelore Elsner, Peter Prager, Christine Schorn, Nicholas Ofczarek and Michael Gwisdek.

Content of the movie
It was clear that Marie (Jessica Schwarz) would fall in love with the wrong guy again. Jeshua (Florian David Fitz) is just too perfect. Finally a man who can listen, isn’t egotistical and is also good-looking. Admittedly, he is a little strange. He comes from Palestine, has a bad hairdresser, doesn’t know what a tomato is and washes the feet of complete strangers. But no matter where love falls.
