Gambling against the master: Jörg Draeger and Daniel Boschmann go all out again in prime time from Thursday, December 8, 2022. SAT.1 is sending the cult game show GEH AUHFS GANZE! into another season in the run-up to Christmas. In three new editions, randomly selected candidates from the audience have the chance to win attractive cash and non-cash prizes behind gates, in boxes or envelopes. However, those who gamble away are in for the most famous and popular consolation prize in television history: the Zonk.

2022 is a very special year for GEH AUFS GANZE! because the game show is celebrating its 30th anniversary. In 1992, Jörg Draeger played for goal 1, goal 2 or goal 3 for the first time on SAT.1. The fun of the game is unbroken: The first season of the GEH AUHFS GANZE! remake achieved outstanding market shares of up to 17.5 percent among 14- to 49-year-olds at the end of 2021.

GO ALL OUT! – three episodes, from December 8, 2022, Thursdays, 8:15 p.m. on SAT.1 and on Joyn

The Zonk returns to SAT.1 in November 2021. SAT.1 will show three new episodes of GEH AUHFS GANZE! as an event program in prime time. The first episode can be seen on November 26 at 8:15 pm.

18 years after the last episode was broadcast, Jörg Draeger is once again competing for cash and non-cash prizes in the new edition of the game show. Daniel Boschmann is at his side as presenter. Anyone who gets the gambling wrong goes home with the most popular consolation prize on German TV: the Zonk.

Jörg Draeger: “The Zonk and I, that’s a perfect symbiosis between man and mythical creature. We are one, and that’s what made the success of ‘Geh aufs Ganze! I didn’t just present this show, I loved it like my own flesh and blood. For years I wanted to do a new edition. When I realized the seriousness of SAT.1’s undertaking, I was filled with euphoria. This is the fulfillment of a dream that I no longer dared to cherish at the age of 75.”

Daniel Boschmann: “It’s going to be epic! I’m doing an internship with the Lord of Zonk, the king of gambling, the man with the magic jacket. I’ve often said: I’ve learned a lot from Jörg Draeger and have watched the show easily 3716262718 times. I’m looking forward to it! ‘Go all out’ with Jörg on the big stage and I’ll make sure he doesn’t win everything.”

A candidate from the audience is asked to choose between several options. The player is not initially told what is behind the choice – a prize or the Zonk. By bidding sums of money, he or she is encouraged to change their choice.
