FABIAN AND THE MURDEROUS WEDDING (formerly DIE BRAUTENTFÜHRUNG) was filmed in Latvia and Lithuania, among other places.

Bastian Pastewka: “Fabian is a small-time con artist who lives from fleecing greedy people who don’t know what to do with their wealth. In order to deceive his counterpart, Fabian works with optical changes, i.e. he takes on roles. As a budding comedian and actor myself, I’ve been allowed to take on all kinds of roles time and again, so I’m going along with this. What’s more, the script for DIE BRAUTENTFÜHRUNG is so wonderfully surprising, funny and original that I absolutely wanted to be part of it.
