By confirming your tickets, we can plan better. You can confirm your reservation approx. 5 days before the production date.

We will send you a link in good time so that you can confirm, cancel or reduce your allotment online. If there are any changes to your booking in advance or if you have any questions, please email us at ticketing@ufa.de, quoting your customer number .

Unfortunately, we cannot grant admission without your confirmation.

You can cancel your tickets at any time by stating your customer number at ticketing@ufa.de. Please cancel as soon as you know that you will not be using the tickets. If you do not cancel, we are counting on your participation. A refund of the purchase price is generally excluded.

We offer free tickets for newly developed pilot productions, short-notice recordings or remaining ticket allotments.

The minimum age is binding, an exception is unfortunately not possible. You can find the minimum age on our homepage or in your booking letter.

Persons under the age of 18 always require a completed and signed declaration of consent from their legal representatives. You can find the consent form to fill out here.

You cannot pay for your tickets on site. Payment is only possible by bank transfer or PayPal. You will receive the payment information with your booking letter.

For technical production reasons, we are unable to offer seating plan bookings.

To check whether your tickets can be rebooked, please email us at ticketing@ufa.de stating your customer number.

To request suitable spaces for wheelchair users, please make a note on the booking form or email us at ticketing@ufa.de.

It is not permitted to make photo/video or sound recordings during the shows.

Jackets and bags may not be taken onto the pitch. You can leave them at the checkroom. If you are dependent on medical equipment, please email us before the recording at ticketing@ufa.de

You will need your booking letter to collect your tickets on site. If you no longer have your booking letter, you can request a new one. Please mail to ticketing@ufa.de.

We try to do without paper and ask you to show your booking letters on your smartphone and only in exceptional cases in paper form. Thank you for your understanding.

You can find the respective directions on our homepage or in your booking letter. Please note that there are no shows at Siegburger Straße 215, 50679 Cologne! take place!

Group bookings are possible for some shows. Please send us a request for the desired show to ticketing@ufa.de.

The time stated in the booking letter is the arrival time at the venue.

It is not permitted to bring food and drinks into the venue.
