The UFA Diversity Circle

As a creative company, UFA thrives on diversity. We see diversity as an important part of creative responsibility and is a central component of UFA's corporate culture. An internal UFA Diversity Circle was founded to drive forward all diversity-related activities in a focused manner.

The UFA internal Diversity Circle was established by employees in 2020 to coordinate and strategically advance all activities relating to diversity and inclusion and to achieve the objectives of the voluntary commitment. The Circle consists of mentors for the five focus topics.
