The greatest hits of all time, pure nostalgia and a rousing competition: With HITSTER – DIE GAMESHOW DER GRÖSSTEN HITS, UFA Show & Factual is bringing the Jumbo Group’s successful music game to the screen as a major TV show for the first time. The new RTL show – based on the cult party game of the same name – pits celebrity teams of two against each other in fast-paced rounds. Elton hosts the brand new music show, which can be seen on RTL every Sunday at 7:05 pm from April 12.

The game: emotions, memories and lots of music
In HITSTER – DIE GAMESHOW DER GRÖSSTEN HITS, prominent duos put their musical memory to the test. The task: to correctly place hits from different decades on a timeline.
Songs from pop, rock, Schlager, movies & TV or Guilty Pleasures meet iconic musical moments – and immediately trigger memories: “Was that before or after graduation?”, “That was on my first vacation!”. The mixture of nostalgia, fun and personal memories is what makes the show so appealing. The first team to correctly place ten songs in their timeline will reach the final and play for up to 10,000 euros for a good cause.
Celebrity teams: Stars put their musical sense of time to the test
The celebrity teams will include the following stars in the musical time travel duel: Angelo and Gabriel Kelly, Ingolf Lück, Evelyn Burdecki, Andrea Kiewel, Jeanette Biedermann, Hans Sigl, Luca Hänni, Yvonne Catterfeld, Ben Zucker and the “Let’s Dance” duo Joachim Llambi and Daniel Hartwich – as well as many other celebrity guests.
Performances by national and international stars such as Nik Kershaw, Maggie Reilly, Max Giesinger, Fun Factory, Right Said Fred and Carol Decker (T’Pau) will give you goosebumps.

In varied game rounds, the teams classify the greatest hits of the past decades – from pop to rock to Schlager – on a timeline and fight for 10,000 euros for a good cause.
