• Please arrive at the counter with all your companions at the specified time. You will receive your ticket(s) with seat number here.
• If the number of tickets booked changes, please inform us in advance. Without this information, admission is no longer guaranteed.
• The security regulations are also very strict this year: you must go through a security gate before entering the studio. Please make sure you do not carry any small change, keys, etc. in your trouser pockets and keep these items visible in your hands.
• All booked persons must carry their identity card with them and only present it on request
• The minimum age for a visit to the studio is 14 years, 14-17 year olds must always present their identity card when collecting their ticket.
• If you are accompanied by a minor aged 14 or over, please bring the completed declaration of consent with you – even if it is your own child. You will find this on the last page of this download:

• There is a checkroom on site free of charge. Please refrain from taking bags with you as far as possible. For security reasons, these may not be taken into the venue.
  Lightweight clothing ( e.g. cardigans, jackets, etc.) may be worn throughout the show and may not be removed.
• Mobile devices may not be taken into the studio.
• Exception: Mobile devices may only be switched off for the final on December 17, 2024, until further announcements are made in the studio.

• You have the opportunity to purchase snacks and drinks on site. These snacks and drinks may not be taken into the studio.
• Exception: You can buy water from catering, which can be taken into the studio.

• The shows take place in the MMC Studios; there are 610 parking spaces directly in front of the main entrance (Am Coloneum 1, 50829 Cologne. Access via Von-Hünefeld-Straße).
• The “Event” parking ticket costs €10 (all-inclusive price). You can pay for this at the machine before the show and leave directly after the show. This avoids waiting times. You will find the ticket machines in the colonnade at the Coloneum, 30 m to the left of house no. 3. Please select “Event” BEFORE inserting the parking ticket into the machine! A red tick will appear in the “Event” field on the monitor. ONLY THEN insert the parking ticket.
