Berlin, May 4, 2026: While EIN STARKES TEAM has already solved its 108th case and is currently in front of the camera for another one, fans won’t have to wait long either: On Saturday, May 16, 2026, the new episode MÖRDERISCHE GIER will air on ZDF at 8:15 p.m. and will be available a week in advance on the ZDF web and app. All information about the episode description, the episode roles and more can be found here.

The 108th episode of KLEIDER MACHEN LEUTE (AT) was shot back in March, and filming for the 109th episode of GALGENTOD (AT) will continue in Berlin and the surrounding area until mid-May.

Chief Inspector Linett Wachow (Stefanie Stappenbeck) and Chief Inspector Otto Garber (Florian Martens) can once again rely on the support of their team: Inspector Nils Makowski (Lucas Reiber), forensic pathologist Dr. Gabriele Simkeit (Eva Sixt) and Sputnik (Jaecki Schwarz).

KLEIDER MACHEN LEUTE (AT): The manager of a second-hand clothing store is found murdered in her store. Employee Sarah Holz doesn’t seem to be involved at first, but homeless man Florian Behrens becomes the investigators’ target. As the investigators are in the dark and another murder case requires their attention, the focus shifts. Marcel Oberfeld, co-owner of a successful start-up, is found murdered in his office. As the investigation progresses, it quickly becomes clear that the two cases appear to be connected. Henriette Confurius, Anna Thalbach, Bineta Hansen, Pit Bukowski and Nicolas Handwerker, among others, play the roles in the episode.

GALGENTOD (AT): After Paul Baleke is found hanged, the strong team starts investigating. A suicide is obvious, but Nils initially suspects that Paul Baleke was murdered. He therefore seeks out the expert Rasmus Rabemacher for his research into former Berlin execution sites. Meanwhile, Otto and Linett find out that Baleke was terminally ill and wanted to change his will in favor of his foster daughter Charlotte Gassner shortly before his death, which must not have pleased Baleke’s family, Dagmar Hauser and son Maik. But the deeper the strong team delves into the story, the more an old family drama unravels – in which Rasmus Rabemacher, who apparently has a close relationship with Dagmar Hauser, is also involved. In the episode roles, we can look forward to Claudia Geisler-Bading, Kai Wiesinger, Leonie Krieg, Diyar Ilhan, Lucas Lentes and others.
