CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION COMPETITION:
1. ORGANIZER OF THE COMPETITION
The organizer of the competition is UFA SHOW & FACTUAL GmbH, Siegburger Straße 215; 50679 Cologne (“UFA SHOW & FACTUAL”).
2. PARTICIPATION AND WINNING
You can take part in the competition by commenting on the post.
The competition runs from September 04, 2023, 14:00. The closing date for the competition and entries is September 08, 2023, 14:00.
You can win two single Elvis hoodies “EE-Embroidered” in XL.
A cash payment of the prize value or an exchange of the prize is not possible. UFA SHOW & FACTUAL reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
3. PERSONS ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE
Any natural person over the age of 18 at the time of participation and resident in Germany, Switzerland or Austria may participate. Participation via lottery clubs and automated services is excluded.
Each person may only take part in the competition once. Participants must provide their full and true identity. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.
4. WINNER DETERMINATION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER
The winner will be determined at random. The winner will be notified by e-mail and will receive the prize by e-mail. Any claim to the prize is non-transferable.
If the winner cannot be contacted or it is not possible to transfer the prize for other reasons, he/she loses the right to his/her prize after 72 hours. Claims by the original winner are excluded in this case. A replacement winner will be drawn once at random.
5. LIABILITY
UFA SHOW & FACTUAL shall only be liable without limitation for injury to life, limb or health caused by itself or its respective vicarious agents and in cases of intent and gross negligence.
UFA SHOW & FACTUAL shall also be liable for simple negligence in the event of a breach of cardinal obligations. Cardinal obligations are essential obligations, the fulfillment of which makes the proper execution of the competition possible in the first place and on the observance of which the participant regularly relies and may rely. In this case, liability shall be limited to the damage foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded and typical for the contract.
6. data protection
The personal data provided by the participant will be used for the purposes of this competition. After the end of the competition, the participant’s data will be deleted.
If the participant has given consent to the processing of personal data, e.g. for the receipt of our newsletter, the data will be processed on the basis of the consent. Consent can be revoked at any time with effect for the future. In this respect, the data protection information applies.
7. CHANGE/STOPPING THE COMPETITION
UFA SHOW & FACTUAL reserves the right to change these conditions of participation at any time without prior notice and/or to end the competition if there is an objective reason. An objective reason exists in particular in the event of force majeure and/or if the competition cannot be carried out for organizational, technical or legal reasons. Claims of the participant against UFA SHOW & FACTUAL are excluded in this case.
8. APPLICABLE LAW AND EXCLUSION OF LEGAL PROCEEDINGS
The competition is subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.
