• You will receive your ticket(s) on the day of the show on presentation of the booking letter, please show this on a mobile device.
• All participants must carry their identity card with them and only present it at the counter on request.
• Please do not arrive on site with your companions until the specified arrival time; you will find the exact times in your letter.
• In connection with participation in the event, a free, optional bus transfer from Cologne main station and back is offered. The journey time is approx. 3.5 hours each way. The use of this service is voluntary.
• If you use the shuttle service, the meeting point is at Gereonstraße 16, 50670 Cologne. Please arrive 15 minutes early so that we can leave directly.
• All spectators will receive a meal and a drink on site.
• Please note that there is almost exclusively standing room in a party atmosphere on site. The location extends over two levels.
• The entry age is 18 years. No admission under the age of 18!
• If the number of tickets changes, please inform us immediately. Without this information, admission is no longer guaranteed.

• Jackets & bags may not be taken into the studio. There are lockers on site. Cell phones may be switched off and taken into the studio. Light clothing (e.g. cardigans, jackets, etc.) may be worn during the show, but may not be removed.
• The legally prescribed principle of separating advertising and editorial content also applies to this production – the latter also includes the viewers visible in the picture in the audience. For this reason, large and clearly visible brand logos on items of clothing and accessories are not permitted in the studio. We ask for your consideration and thank you very much for your understanding!
