Potsdam, December 22, 2025 – Yesterday, Sunday, UFA Fiction and ZDF hosted an exclusive pre-Christmas screening at the Astor Film Lounge on Kurfürstendamm. The first two episodes of the fourth season of KU’DAMM 77 were shown, with cast, crew and selected guests in attendance to get a first look at the new season. Among the actors present were Sonja Gerhardt, Claudia Michelsen, Maria Ehrich, Sabin Tambrea as well as new additions to the ensemble Carlotta Bähre, Marie Louise Albertine Becker, Massiamy Diaby, Florian Stetter and many more. The creative team and those responsible for the project were also represented: Screenwriter and showrunner Annette Hess, director Maurice Hübner as well as ZDF editor Beate Bramstedt and UFA Fiction producer Marc Lepetit accompanied the special evening.

Marc Lepetit, producer of KU’DAMM 77: “In March 2016, we celebrated the premiere of “Ku’damm 56” here in the Astor Lounge. The beginning of a long collaboration, many friendships and a project that was always produced with a lot of passion and heart and soul. Now “Ku’damm 77″ is in the starting blocks, a strong, touching piece of material. Being able to watch the next generation of performers react tonight shows how important such beacons are and that television – perhaps a little differently than in the past – still creates shared moments. I am proud of this team and this production!”

The evening began with words of welcome from showrunner Annette Hess, ZDF editor Beate Bramstedt and UFA Fiction producer Marc Lepetit. After the enthusiastic applause for the first two episodes, Annette Hess and director Maurice Hübner took the opportunity to recognize the entire team behind KU’DAMM 77 and the cast for their outstanding work.

The new season of KU’DAMM 77 will be available on the ZDF streaming portal from December 27 and will be broadcast on ZDF on January 12, 13 and 14, 2026 at 8:15 pm.

KU’DAMM 77 is a production by UFA Fiction on behalf of ZDF. The producers are Marc Lepetit, Nico Hofmann and Markus Brunnemann. Annette Hess is the writer and showrunner, the director is Maurice Hübner and Michael Schreitel is once again responsible for the camera. Heike Hempel, Bastian Wagner and Beate Bramstedt are responsible for editing at ZDF.
