What are the requirements for internships? Toggle

UFA awards internships to students who have gained their first experience in the media industry.

UFA SERIAL DRAMA also offers internships to newcomers – provided there is a current vacancy in the requested area. The individual requirements can be found in the respective job advertisement. Since 01.01.2015, internships with us can primarily only be completed as part of vocational training (3 months) or a degree course as a mandatory internship (on proof), provided we have vacancies. Other internships are limited to a maximum duration of three months.

Internships for school pupils or companies are only possible with us and in our production facilities as part of the vocational orientation program as specified by the school, provided we can offer vacancies.

Does UFA supervise student research projects (Bachelor/Master)? Toggle

In principle, yes. However, we receive a lot of inquiries and therefore decide whether we can provide this depending on the topic and the scope of the desired support. If you are interested, please send us the following information using the contact form:

  • Concept / exposé of your work
  • Contact person at the university
  • Questionnaire
  • How do you envision the support?
  • What time period/time span do you have in mind?

Can I also apply for a student job/as a working student? Toggle

Unfortunately, we rarely offer specific opportunities for student jobs. However, these are then advertised regularly.

With an internship at UFA, however, you will get to know the challenges and help shape the media and communications world of tomorrow today. We offer you the opportunity to gain practical experience and take the first steps towards your professional future.
