UFA SHOW & FACTUAL offers the entertainment traineeship in cooperation with the Produzentenallianz in order to provide the best possible support for qualified young talent.

The entertainment traineeship E!Volo is a training program specially tailored to the entertainment industry that has been filling the training gap in the production of non-fictional entertainment programs for television since 2012. The trainees are prepared for work in the TV industry in a structured and practical seminar program and in their respective companies.
The training period is usually 24 months. A traineeship is initially offered in this year.
