• You will receive your ticket(s) on the day of the show on presentation of the booking letter, please show this on a mobile device. Team selection takes place on site!
• All participants must carry their identity card with them and only present it at the counter on request.
• 16-17 year olds must always present their identity card when collecting their ticket.
• Please arrive with your companions at the specified arrival time.
• The age of admission to the venue for regular and double admission is 16 years, even if accompanied by a legal representative or an adult. Admission is not possible under the age of 16!
• The entry age for an XXL edition is 18 years.
• If the number of tickets changes, please inform us immediately. Without this information, admission is no longer guaranteed.
• Length of stay: Regular show approx. 2.5 hours, double recording approx. 3.5 hours, XXL edition approx. 6 hours.
• Please decide on a team before checking in at the studio. This simplifies the process and shortens the waiting time for the spectators.
• It is not possible to change the team in between a double recording and XXL edition.
• You will only find out which celebrity guests are taking part on the day.

• There is a free, supervised checkroom. Jackets, bags & cell phones may not be taken into the studio. Light clothing (e.g. cardigans, jackets, etc.) may be worn during the show, but may not be removed.
• The legally prescribed principle of separating advertising and editorial content also applies to this production – the latter also includes the viewers visible in the picture in the audience. For this reason, large and clearly visible brand logos on items of clothing and accessories are not permitted in the studio. We ask for your consideration and thank you very much for your understanding!
