Check-in
- Please arrive with all companions at the time specified in the check-in.
- You will receive your tickets on site on presentation of your booking confirmation. You are welcome to show this on your cell phone.
- If the number of tickets booked changes, please inform us in advance. Without this information, admission is no longer guaranteed.
Wardrobe

Due to the protection of historical monuments, the spacing between the rows of seats (which is smaller than in modern concert halls) may not be changed structurally. The building inspectorate has therefore given WDR the clear instruction that bags (larger than DIN A4) and coats (jackets, coats, etc.) may not be taken into the hall – so that nobody falls in the event of an evacuation and to reduce the so-called fire load.
There are small canvas bags for storing items at the free checkroom in the foyer. Lockers are available in the foyer if you would like to store valuables during your stay (deposit: €1 coin)

- You will receive a free drink on site.
