• Please arrive at the counter with all your companions at the time stated at check-in.
• You can use the parking lot near the studio on the WDR premises. Please have the booking form ready and show it at reception before driving through (preferably on a mobile device). Please pay attention to the signs and only use the designated parking area.
  
• The show starts at around 6.45 pm and is scheduled to end at around 8.45 pm.
• The show on 03.06.2026 starts at 5.00 pm, end of the show: approx. 7.00 pm
• The show on 10.06.2026: “Tierischer Treff”
• If the number of tickets booked changes, please inform us immediately. Without this information, admission is no longer guaranteed.
• Please pay attention to the announcements in the foyer!

• There is a checkroom on site free of charge. Please refrain from taking bags with you as far as possible. These may not be taken into the venue.
  Lightweight clothing ( e.g. cardigans, jackets, etc.) may be worn during the entire show but may not be removed.
• Mobile devices may be taken into the studio switched off.

• You will receive a free drink in the studio.
• Snacks and drinks can be purchased before the show.
