• There are only a limited number of places for adults in the studio, so we cannot accommodate all companions. We have prepared a lounge for all companions who are not in the studio.
• Please arrive at the counter with all participants at 5.15 pm.
• The walk from the WDR reception to the studio takes about 5 minutes
• The live show starts at around 7 pm and is scheduled to end at around 9.15 pm.
• If the number of tickets changes, please inform us immediately. Without this information, admission is no longer guaranteed.
• Please pay attention to the announcements in the foyer!
• Please have the completed documents of all participants (voucher for adults & children/ declaration of consent for children) ready for check-in on site – we cannot grant admission without these documents. You will receive your tickets after handing them in.

• There is a checkroom on site free of charge.
• Jackets, bags and mobile devices may not be taken into the studio. If you stay in the lounge during the live show, you can of course take your wardrobe with you.

• Snacks and drinks can be purchased on site.
• Snacks and drinks may be brought along, but not consumed in the studio
