• Please arrive at the counter with all your companions at the time stated at check-in. You will receive your ticket(s) here.
• All booked persons must bring and show their identity document.
• If the number of tickets booked changes, please inform us in advance. Without this information, admission is no longer guaranteed.

• There is a lockable checkroom on site. Please refrain from taking bags with you as far as possible. These may not be taken into the venue for security reasons. Lightweight clothing ( e.g. cardigans, jackets, etc.) can be worn during the entire show and may not be taken off.
• Mobile devices may be taken into the studio switched off.

• You will receive a free drink on site. Unfortunately, food or snacks cannot be purchased, so please bear this in mind when you visit.
