You can win 5 x 2 free tickets for a recording of “TAKE ME OUT”.

Travel expenses will not be covered. A cash payment of the prize or a transfer to third parties is not possible.

Any employee of the UFA Group and all employees of Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA and its affiliated companies may participate, provided that they are also at least 18 years old at the time of participation. Each person may only participate once.

The competition starts on 22.06.2023 and ends on 29.06.2023, 24:00.

You can access our online entry form via the link published on the UFA intranet or BENET. You can take part in the competition by filling it out and sending it off.

The prize will be drawn at random from all participants. If you win, we will inform you after the end of the competition. We will then inform you about further details regarding the processing and transfer of the prize.

Please contact us within 72 hours of being notified of your win. If you do not respond within this period, your claim to the prize will be forfeited and we will draw the prize again among the remaining participants.

Each participant is liable for the accuracy of the data they provide. Anyone who provides false personal details or details of third parties, deceives in any other way or violates the conditions of participation may be excluded from the competition.

UFA has the right to exclude participants from taking part in the competition if they culpably violate the conditions of participation or if UFA has reasonable grounds to suspect that a participant or third party has attempted to unfairly influence the distribution of prizes. This applies in particular to disruption, threats and harassment of employees or other participants.

We shall be liable without limitation in the event of injury to life, limb and/or health. Otherwise, we shall only be liable for damage caused by us or one of our vicarious

vicarious agents intentionally or through gross negligence or through the breach of cardinal obligations.

We accept no liability if, for reasons for which we are not responsible, the prize notification is lost during electronic transmission or does not reach you or reaches you later for other reasons for which we are not responsible.

Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of the competition and as part of the prize processing (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).

If you win, your data will be processed as part of the recording and subsequent utilization of the production. You will receive the relevant data protection information if you win.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions and/or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.

Legal recourse is excluded. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively.
