Participation in the competition

The competition starts on the official Take Me Out Instagram channel @takemeout.rtl onThursdaythe23.07.2020, and ends on Wednesdaythe29.07.2020, 23:59 hrs.

1×2 tickets to the recording of the showTake Me Outin Hürth (NobeoStudios,Kalscheurener Straße 91, 50354 Hürth) will be raffled off. The date of the recording is 15.08.2020.

Participation takes place via a comment on the competition call of the respective Instagram post from 23.07.2020 on @takemeout.rtl.Only only one comment allowed – multiple comments will be counted as one comment.

Comments that violate the Instagram and/or Facebook guidelines, German law and/or copyright will be removed without prior notice. The participant is thus excluded from the prize. UFA has the right to exclude participants from the prize draw without giving reasons if they culpably violate the conditions of participation or if UFA has reasonable grounds to suspect that the participant or third parties are attempting to influence the prize draw in an unfair manner. This applies in particular to disruption, threats and harassment of employees or other participants. Participation by or via lottery entry services that automatically enter large numbers of participants’ addresses in our lottery is prohibited. Participants entered in this way will be excluded from the prize draw.

The winner will be chosen at random within 72 hours of the end of the competition.The winner will be informed via the Instagram private message function. The winner must contact us within 48 hours by sending a private Instagram message to@ takemeout.rtlwith hisname and e-mail address and an e-mail address. If the winner does not respond within this period, the prizes will be raffled again among all participants.

The competition is not affiliated with Instagram or Facebook and is not sponsored, endorsed or organized by Instagram or Facebook.By entering this competition, all entrants release Instagram and Facebook from any and all claims or liability in connection with the competition. Instagram and Facebook are not available as contacts for the competition.

Persons authorized to participate

Any natural person aged 18 or over who is resident in Germany, Switzerland and Austria may take part. Employees of UFA GmbH, its affiliated companies and cooperation partners as well as their respective relatives are excluded from participation. Each person may only take part in the competition once a day. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. Anyone who provides false personal details or details of third parties, misleads in any other way or violates the conditions of participation may be excluded from the competition.

Liability

UFA GmbH shall be liable without limitation in the event of injury to life, limb and/or health. Otherwise, UFA GmbH shall only be liable for damage caused by UFA GmbH or one of its vicarious agents intentionally or through gross negligence or through the breach of cardinal obligations. The above limitation of liability applies in particular to damage caused by errors, delays or interruptions in the transmission of data or similar, in the event of malfunctions of the technical systems or the service.of the serviceincorrect content, loss or deletion of data, viruses. Change/suspension of the competition

UFA GmbH reserves the right to change these conditions of participation at any time without prior notice and/or to terminate the competition.

A cash payment of the prize value or an exchange of the prize is not possible. Any claim to the prize is non-transferable. Legal recourse is excluded.
