Daniel Hartwich presents the new RTL show TOTAL BLACKOUT – STARS IN THE DARK in which twelve stars face their fears of the dark and quickly reach their limits. Because they can’t see anything – but the viewers can see all the more.

Daniel Hartwich challenges on TOTAL BLACKOUT – STARS IN THE DARK Celebrities with a great sense of humor. Six stars compete against each other in two rounds. In the first round, ex-DSDS contestant Benny Kieckhäben, Roberto Blanco, Dolly Buster, “Bachelor” Paul Janke, Rolf Scheider and Lorielle London will compete in five games of cheerful groping in complete darkness. In the second round, Sarah Knappik, Udo Walz, Liliana Matthäus, Ralf Richter and the family duo Jimi Blue and Natascha Ochsenknecht venture into the dark in nerve-wracking partner and individual games.

In exciting games, they have to overcome their fears of the dark and prove that they can rely on their senses. In complete darkness, the simplest tasks and harmless obstacles become seemingly insurmountable hurdles. The higher the candidates’ adrenaline levels rise, the more fun it is for the spectators.
