THE APPRENTICE, a factual format from entertainment producer Fremantle, offers a unique insight into the highly competitive world of business. In the Hungarian offshoot AZ ÁLOMMELÓ, Levente Balogh, president of a large Hungarian company, puts the candidates through their paces. He founded the company Szentkirályi Ásványvíz Kft and created a premium water brand. Levente Balogh’s business philosophy is based on the quote “Quality is not a luxury” – even a high-quality product can be affordable for everyone. THE APPRENTCICE candidates are competing for the position of Levente Balogh’s assistant with a full-year contract offering a gross monthly salary of 8,000 euros and amenities such as a company car.
