When it comes to the best day of a couple’s lives, their wishes are often bigger than their budget. Wedding planner Dieter(Christoph Maria Herbst) is fed up with his clients’ contradictory ideas and would like to give up everything. One last job is supposed to be the crowning glory: the dream wedding of Leonie(Mira Benser) and Lasse(Ulrich Brandhoff) in a picturesque castle. As always, Dieter has planned everything down to the smallest detail. Everything is ready for the perfect wedding celebration. But before the guests’ tears of joy and champagne can flow, the preparations get completely out of hand: stubborn stand-in singer Steve(Marc Hosemann) drives Dieter’s assistant Jella (Cynthia Micas) to white heat, photographer Marcel(Jörg Schüttauf) is more interested in the buffet than his job and temporary waiter Florian(Johannes Allmayer) is unhappily in love with the bride. Dieter desperately tries to keep the catastrophes away from the wedding party by any means necessary, and his conditionally harmonious team is suddenly forced to improvise, which throws the wedding party into perfect chaos…
