Participation in the casting does not constitute a right to participate in the television production “Das Supertalent” (“the Production”). The selection of participants for the television production is at the sole discretion of RTL Television GmbH (“RTL”) and UFA SHOW & FACTUAL GmbH (“UFA”).

All information in connection with the casting, the production and its preparation must be treated as strictly confidential and must not be passed on to third parties.

RTL and UFA reserve the right to exclude a participant from the casting or the production at any time at their discretion and/or to change the procedure and the rules of the “Das Supertalent” production (even at short notice).

UFA acquires ownership of the image and/or sound recordings (e.g. photographs, DVDs, CDs, etc.) and any other material that the applicant includes with his/her application; it will not be returned. UFA and RTL are entitled to use this material extensively in the context of the television production “Das Supertalent” and the accompanying press and promotional measures, in particular on television and the Internet.
