Participation in the competition

The competition starts on Wednesday 27.05.2020 and ends on Wednesday 03.06.2020, 23:59.

The winner will receive an exclusive Kudamm fan package with autographs from the cast.

Participation takes place by sending an entry to redaktion@ufa-fiction.de or via Instagram or Facebook message to “Kudamm63”.Multiple entries are possible.

Entries that violate the Instagram and/or Facebook guidelines and/or German law will be removed without prior notice. The participant is thus excluded from the prize. UFA Fiction has the right to exclude participants from participation in the prize draw without giving reasons if they culpably violate the conditions of participation or if UFA has reasonable grounds to suspect that the participant or third parties are attempting to influence the prize draw in an unfair manner. This applies in particular to disruption, threats and harassment of employees or other participants. Participation by or via lottery entry services that automatically enter large numbers of participants’ addresses in our lottery is prohibited. Participants entered in this way will be excluded from the prize draw.

The winner will be determined during a live stream on the Instagram page “Kudamm63” on 5.06.2020.The winner will also be informed via the Instagram/Facebook private message function.The winner must contact us within 48 hours via private Instagram/Facebook message to “kudamm63” or by email to redaktion@ufa-fiction.de with their address details.If the winner does not respond within this period, the prizes will be raffled again among all participants.

The competition is not affiliated with Instagram or Facebook and is not sponsored, endorsed or organized by Instagram or Facebook.By entering this competition, all entrants release Instagram and Facebook from any and all claims or liability in connection with the competition. Instagram and Facebook are not available as contacts for the competition.

Persons authorized to participate

Any natural person resident in Germany, Switzerland and Austria may participate. Employees of UFA GmbH, its affiliated companies and cooperation partners as well as their respective relatives are excluded from participation. Each person may only participate in the competition indefinitely. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. Anyone who provides false personal details or details of third parties, misleads in any other way or violates the conditions of participation may be excluded from the competition.

Liability

UFA Fiction GmbH shall be liable without limitation in the event of injury to life, body and/or health. Otherwise, UFA Fiction GmbH shall only be liable for damages caused by UFA Fiction GmbH or one of its vicarious agents intentionally or through gross negligence or through the breach of cardinal obligations. The above limitation of liability applies in particular to damage caused by errors, delays or interruptions in the transmission of data or similar, faults in the technical systems or the service, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, viruses. UFA Fiction GmbH is not liable for material defects and/or defects of title in the prize. UFA Fiction GmbH also accepts no liability in the event of damage to or loss of the prize by post or non-receipt of e-mails.

Data

The personal data transmitted by participants will be used exclusively for the purposes of this competition. After the end of the competition, all personal data of participants stored by UFA will be deleted. Ourdata protection regulations.

Change/suspension of the competition

UFA Fiction GmbH reserves the right to change these conditions of participation at any time without prior notice and/or to terminate the competition.

A cash payment of the prize value or an exchange of the prize is not possible. Any claim to the prize is non-transferable. Legal recourse is excluded.
