Conditions of participation in the UFA Show & Factual Strandkinder competition:

Participation in the competition:
The competition starts on Thursday, 17.04.2025, and ends on Sunday, 11.05.2025, 18:00.
WIN THE PERFECT BEACH WEEKEND!
2 nights at the Dock Inn Hotel, jetboard action or SUP at Jetboard Experience for 2 people, sushi course at Shefu for 2 people, and then: VIP night at the legendary da Capo – with table & bottle of your choice at Hotel Neptun for 2 people. Subscribe to our YouTube channel STRANDKINDER, comment on videos on our YouTube channel and wait for your luck (and pack your sunglasses)!
Comments that violate the Instagram and/or YouTube guidelines, German law and/or copyright will be removed without prior notice. The participant is thus excluded from the prize. UFA has the right to exclude participants from the prize draw without giving reasons if they culpably violate the conditions of participation or if UFA has reasonable grounds to suspect that the participant or third parties are attempting to influence the prize draw in an unfair manner. This applies in particular to disruption, threats and harassment of employees or other participants. Participation by or via lottery entry services that automatically enter large numbers of participants’ addresses in our lottery is prohibited. Participants entered in this way will be excluded from the prize draw.
The winner will be chosen at random within 48 hours of the end of the competition.The winner will be informed via the Instagram/Facebook private message function or invited to write a PM in the YouTube comments. The winner must contact us within 48 hours via private Instagram message to @strandkinder_official or via email to Strandkinder@ufa.dewith their name and address. If the winner does not respond within this period, the prizes will be raffled again among all participants.
The competition is not affiliated with Instagram or YouTube and is not sponsored, supported or organized by Instagram or Facebook.By participating in this competition, all participants release Instagram and YouTube from any claims or liability in connection with the competition. Instagram and YouTube are not available as contact persons for the competition.
Persons authorized to participate
Any natural person aged 18 or over who is resident in Germany, Switzerland and Austria may take part. Employees of UFA GmbH, its affiliated companies and cooperation partners, as well as their respective relatives, are excluded from participation. Each person may only take part in the competition once a day. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. Anyone who provides false personal details or details of third parties, misleads in any other way or violates the conditions of participation may be excluded from the competition.
Liability
UFA GmbH shall be liable without limitation in the event of injury to life, limb and/or health. Otherwise, UFA GmbH shall only be liable for damage caused by UFA GmbH or one of its vicarious agents intentionally or through gross negligence or through the breach of cardinal obligations. The above limitation of liability applies in particular to damage caused by errors, delays or interruptions in the transmission of data or similar, faults in the technical systems or the service, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, viruses. UFA GmbH shall not be liable for material defects and/or defects of title in the prize. UFA GmbH also accepts no liability in the event of damage to or loss of the prize by post or non-receipt of e-mails.
Data
The personal data provided by participants will be used exclusively for the purposes of this competition. After the end of the competition, all personal data of the participants stored by UFA will be deleted. Ourdata protection regulations apply.

Change/suspension of the competition
UFA GmbH reserves the right to change these conditions of participation at any time without prior notice and/or to terminate the competition.
A cash payment of the prize value or an exchange of the prize is not possible. Any claim to the prize is non-transferable. Legal recourse is excluded.
