Terms and conditions of the competition for “DIETERS KICK TIPS” on the page “HARTZ UND HERZLICH” (Facebook):
Organizer of the competition
The organizer of the competition is UFA SHOW & FACTUAL GmbH (hereinafter “UFA”).

Participation in the competition
The competition starts on Thursday, 22.07.2021, at 13:00 and ends on Sunday, 31.10.2021, at 24:00.
The possible prize is one soccer per competition round. There will be a total of 5 competition rounds for soccer matches selected by UFA. One winner will be chosen per competition round. The prizes will be sent by post.
You can take part in the competition by submitting your tip on the result of the respective match on the Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/hartzuherzlich. There you will find a video entitled “DIETERS KICK TIPS” one day before each round of the competition. In the video, Dieter from “HARTZ UND HERZLICH” gives his personal tip for the final result of the upcoming match and invites you to take part in the competition round. In the comments you can give your tip for the outcome of the respective soccer match. Write your guess for the final result of the respective game in the comments.
Each participant can take part in individual or all rounds of the competition. However, each participant may only submit one tip per game. If several tips/comments are submitted in the same competition round, only the first tip/comment will be taken into account. Unfortunately, it is not possible to correct a tip/comment once it has been submitted. Only tips/comments that have been posted no later than one hour before the start of the match on the respective match day will be taken into account.
The winner(s) of each round of the competition will be determined as follows:
The starting point is the match result after 90 minutes or 120 minutes in the event of extra time (plus injury time in each case). In the event of a penalty shoot-out, the result after 120 minutes will be taken into account, not the result after the penalty shoot-out. Points will initially be awarded for the predictions/comments per competition round as follows:
If several participants have the same score, the winner will be decided by drawing lots.
The winner(s) of the three competition rounds will be determined and announced within 72 hours of the respective competition round.They will be informed of their win via Facebook – private message function. The winner(s) must then provide us with their name and address details for the prize shipment within 72 hours of being notified. If there is no response or an incomplete response within this 72-hour period, or if it is not possible to send the prize for other reasons, the original winner loses the right to the prize. A new winner will be determined in accordance with the above rules.
Persons authorized to participate
Any natural person who is at least 18 years old at the time of participation and resides in Germany, Switzerland or Austria may participate. Excluded from participation are employees of UFA, its affiliated companies and cooperation partners, in particular employees of RTLZWEI Fernsehen GmbH & Co KG, as well as their respective relatives. Also excluded are protagonists of the social documentary “HARTZ UND HERZLICH” and their relatives.
Exclusion from the competition
Each participant is liable for the accuracy of the data provided. Anyone who provides false personal details or details of third parties, deceives in any other way or violates the conditions of participation may be excluded from the competition.
If a participant posts comments that violate the Facebook guidelines, German law, copyright and/or other rights, these will be removed without prior notice. This participant will be immediately excluded from the competition.
UFA has the right to exclude participants from taking part in the competition if they culpably violate the conditions of participation or if UFA has reasonable grounds to suspect that a participant or third party has attempted to unfairly influence the distribution of prizes. This applies in particular in the event of disruption, threats and harassment of employees or other participants.
Participation by or via competition entry services that automatically enter large numbers of participants’ addresses in our competition is prohibited. Participants entered in this way will be excluded from the competition.
Change/suspension of the competition
UFA reserves the right to change these conditions of participation and/or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.
Cash payment, transfer, legal recourse
A cash payment of the prize value or an exchange of the prize is not possible. Any claim to the prize is non-transferable. Legal recourse is excluded.
This competition is not affiliated with Facebook and is not sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook.By participating in this competition, the respective participant releases Facebook from any claims or liability in connection with the competition. Facebook is not available as a contact for the competition.
Liability
UFA shall have unlimited liability in the event of injury to life, limb and/or health. Otherwise, UFA shall only be liable for damage caused by UFA or one of its vicarious agents intentionally or through gross negligence or through the breach of cardinal obligations. The above limitation of liability applies in particular to damage caused by errors, delays or interruptions in the transmission of data or similar, in the event of disruptions to the technical systems or the service, for incorrect content, the loss or deletion of data and in the event of viruses.
UFA is not liable for material defects and/or defects of title in the prize. UFA also accepts no liability in the event of damage to or loss of the prize in the post or non-receipt of emails.
UFA is not liable for acts of infringement by users (e.g. insults in the comments),
Data
The personal data transmitted by the participants will be used exclusively for the purposes of this competition in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. After the end and completion of the competition, all personal data of the participants stored by UFA will be deleted, provided that there are no legal retention periods to the contrary.
