Conditions of participation #UFAdventskalender competition on Instagram:

2. participation in the competition
The competition starts on Sunday, the 01.12.2019, and ends on Tuesday, the 24.12.2019, 23:59 hrs.
Every day, a new door of the UFA Advent calendar opens on Instagram – on all odd-numbered days during the competition period on the Instagram channel @ufa_stories and on all even-numbered days on the Instagram channel @ufa_production. The door opens at 08:00 on weekdays and at 10:00 on weekends. You can take part until 07:59 on the following day – then a new door will open. Prizes related to UFA FICTION, UFA SHOW & FACTUAL or UFA SERIAL DRAMA productions will be raffled off. The respective prizes will be announced on the day itself. Participation takes place by completing a task in the comments of the respective Advent calendar door. Multiple answers from the same account under one post will be counted as one entry. Participation in the prize draw is free of charge.
Comments that violate the Instagram guidelines, German law or copyright will be removed without notice. The participant is thus excluded from the prize. UFA has the right to exclude participants from the prize draw without giving reasons if they culpably violate the conditions of participation or if UFA has reasonable grounds to suspect that the participant or third parties are attempting to influence the prize draw in an unfair manner. This applies in particular to disruption, threats and harassment of employees or other participants. Participation by or via lottery entry services that automatically enter large numbers of participants’ addresses in our lottery is prohibited. Participants entered in this way will be excluded from the prize draw.
The winner will be within 2 working days after the end of the competition at random. The winner will be informed via the Instagram private message function. The winner must contact us within two working days via private Instagram message to @ufa_stories / @ufa_production or by e-mail to digitalnewsroom@ufa.de with his/her address details. If the winner does not respond within this period, the prizes will be raffled again among all participants.
The competition is not affiliated with Instagram and is not sponsored by Instagram, supported or organized. By participating in this competition, all participants release Instagram from any claims or liability in connection with the competition. Instagram is not available as a contact for the competition.
3. persons authorized to participate
Any natural person over 18 years of agewho is resident in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. Employees of UFA GmbH, its affiliated companies and cooperation partners as well as their respective relatives are excluded from participation. Each person may only take part in the competition once a day. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. Anyone who provides false personal details or details of third parties, misleads in any other way or violates the conditions of participation may be excluded from the competition.
4. Limitation/exclusion of liability
UFA shall only accept liability for damage caused by UFA or one of its vicarious agents intentionally or through gross negligence or through the breach of cardinal obligations. This does not apply to damages caused by injury to life, body and/or health. The above limitation of liability applies in particular to damage caused by errors, delays or interruptions in the transmission of data or similar, in the event of faults in the technical systems or the service, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, viruses.
UFA is not liable for material defects and/or defects of title in the prize. UFA also accepts no liability in the event of damage to or loss of the prize in the post or non-receipt of e-mails.

All Instagram names of the participants will be recorded and stored for the purpose of determining the prize. This data will be deleted no later than 30 days after dispatch of the prizeit deleted, the comments on Instagram remain and can still be viewed publicly. The personal data provided by the winners will be used exclusively for the purposes of this competition. After the end of the competition, all personal data of the participants stored by UFA will be deleted. 6. change/suspension of the competition
UFA reserves the right to change these conditions of participation and/or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.
A cash payment of the prize value or an exchange of the prize is not possible. Any claim to the prize is non-transferable. Legal recourse is excluded.
